The machine or the meter

The reading
A small device in the plant reads via Modbus, OPC UA or the manufacturer's export. Read-only: it does not change setpoints or touch control.
Your data
Stored on your server or your cloud. It is yours: if you stop working with us one day, you keep all of it.

Idling, excess pressure, leaks, machines starting at the same time, reports typed in twice.
The action and the funding
Carried out by whoever should: the service company, your installer or your team. With measured savings you can apply for grants and energy savings certificates.

Energy and compressed air
Compressed air is one of the most expensive loads in a plant and one of the least watched. With compressor and meter data you can see how much the room uses, how much goes on idling, at what pressure it runs and how much is lost to leaks.
- Every extra bar of pressure means around 7 % more energy.
- If there are several brands in the same room, we read all of them.
- Compressor heat can be recovered as hot water.
- The baseline comes from your data, not from an estimate.
Grants and energy savings certificates
With savings measured, part of them comes back as money. These are the rules as of 19 October 2026. Approval does not depend on us.

Private AI in the plant
A machine owned by the plant, with open models that look up its documents, reports and records without them leaving the building. Every answer says which record it comes from.
Parts that repeat, from the measurements to the print file
For families of similar parts, such as jigs, spare parts or insoles: you fill in a few measurements or load a scan, and out come the parametric model, the file ready for your printer and the record in your ERP or CMMS. It makes sense when there is repetition. A one-off part with critical tolerances is still engineering work.
What we do not do
- Sell machines, sensors or controllers. If equipment is needed, your company buys it from its supplier, in its own name.
- Act as main contractor. Each job is contracted with whoever carries it out.
- Touch machine control or open cabinets. Your installer does that.
