Vision

Cameras that understand what they see and alert you when it matters.

In-line quality control and thermal monitoring of equipment. Images are processed on the device and only readings and alerts reach the network.

Quality control on the line

A camera checks every part that passes along the belt. If it finds a crack, a burr or a missing hole, it marks the part and the ejector sends it to the reject bin. The model runs on the line's own device and the video never leaves the plant.

Thermal monitoring

Fixed thermal cameras on motors, pumps and panels, with our T1 node. Each machine has its usual temperature; when it drifts away from it, you get an alert.

No contact
The camera measures from a distance. It doesn't touch the machine or its control.
Alert and work order
Maintenance gets the alert and the work order opens in your CMMS with the image attached.

On the device

The model runs on the line's own device. Video never leaves the plant.

Only readings and alerts
What reaches the network is the result for each part and the alerts. The video stays on the device.
With the systems you already have
Rejects, alerts and work orders go to your ERP, your CMMS or your dashboard.
People in hazardous areas
It detects someone inside a marked zone and raises an alert. It identifies no one.

Who it's for

Plants with equipment worth keeping an eye on or with manual quality checks, and warehouses and shops with cameras that record all day and nobody watches.
